The new Growboxx® in Mexicali

2,250 Growboxxes have been planted for this project in Mexicali, Mexico. The project is carried out with Pronatura and financed by SPA. The soil consist of drift sand and the temperatures differ from - 5 degrees Celcius in January, to +60 degrees Celsius in July/August. The precipitation is around 50 mm per year and the area suffers from multiple hares infestations. The results so far (January - April 2018) is a survival rate of +99%.
