1. This is the result of a planting with the Dubai Municipality June, 2012

2. These trees are planted in April 2012, normally impossible to plant as it is too hot

3. With the Groasis Ecological Water Saving Technology we can however plant year round so we planted Ghaf tree (Prosopis cineraria)

6. Some boxes are covered with sand but the water in it cools the soil down below and the tree grows well

7. Some boxes are already dry but thee cooling effeect and the anti-evaporation effect help the tree overcome the immense heat

14. At planting we have pruned the destroyed primary roots to a vertical downwards growing shape

15. The primary root has resprouted and grows vertically downwards

17. We replant the tree and cover the side of the Waterboxx® with sand again

18. We come back at 6PM to shoot another series with less sun radiation it is now +38°C

19. The protectors have been put because this area is used for motor crossing

20. Only a few are still intact and on their place
